Get The Ballroom's texts
The Ballroom, operated by Deep Screw LLC, offers optional informational text messages about:
- Membership accounts and general club service
- Billing matters, including questions and confirmations about guest fees and table-time charges
- Bookings and reservations
- Membership changes and notices
- Facility access and customer-service requests
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is optional and is not a condition of membership or purchase.
We do not send marketing messages under this informational program. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process mobile information only as necessary to operate the messaging program.

How to opt in
- Open your subscription preferences using the button below.
- Sign in to your Ballroom Member Portal when prompted.
- Under "Subscribed Communications," check "SMS" beside each informational category you would like to receive:
- General Communications — facility access, conduct or safety follow-ups, general club service, and other uncategorized communications
- Accounts — account and billing matters, including determining which guests or table time should be associated with your account and confirming related guest fees or table-time charges
- Bookings — booking and reservation communications
- Memberships — membership changes and notices
- We recommend enabling at least General Communications and Accounts. Those categories cover the texts The Ballroom is most likely to send.
- Marketing SMS is a separate preference and is not used for this informational-text program.
- Press Submit.
Each checkbox provides consent only for its corresponding category. Merely opening this page or the Member Portal does not opt you in.
The Ballroom initiates texts only within the categories you have enabled. You may subscribe to any combination of the informational categories. GymMaster may also use these preferences for its own notifications, including notifications through the GymMaster Member App.
If a category is already checked, you are already subscribed to that category.
Change your category preferences anytime in the Member Portal. You may also reply STOP to any informational text from The Ballroom to stop receiving all text messages sent under this informational program.
